Shipping Information

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or sales, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. Personalized items, like engraved pet ID tags, may take an extra day or two since we create each one carefully in our studio.

2.    Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. At checkout, you’ll be able to select the shipping option that works best for you, whether you’d like standard shipping or a faster service.

3.    Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on your location and the size of your order. We keep our shipping costs as fair as possible and never inflate prices. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you place your order.

4.    Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package every step of the way until it arrives at your door. If you have trouble locating your package or the tracking link isn’t updating, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are outside of the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t fit right or you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

1.    Return Window

You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, free of wear or damage.

2.    Non-Returnable Items

Because they’re made just for you, personalized products like engraved ID tags cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake on our end. Please double-check your information before placing the order to be sure everything is correct.

3.    How to Start a Return

2.     We’ll provide you with return instructions.

3.     Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund or ship your exchange.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item).

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem. Just contact us within 30 days and let us know what size you’d like instead. We’ll guide you through sending the original back and getting the correct size shipped out quickly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’ll take care of it right away. Just send us a quick photo and your order number so we can confirm the issue, and we’ll ship a replacement to you at no cost.
