Beautiful Small Dog Collar! This gorgeous dog collar is available in 2 rows (3/8 inch wide) of diamond color high rhinestones set in sterling silver and mounted on a black velvet collar. The perfect crystal collar for tiny, toy or teacup dogs. This particular collar also has a removable diamond crystal heart collar charm attached.

Each collar has a 1 1/2 inch adjustment with holes 1/2 inch apart, give us the exact neck size and we will do the rest. Please measure your dog's neck for sizing accuracy. The collar maker charges a 20% restocking fee + an additional $8.95 to reship for orders returned due to wrong sizing.
