Sizing: Collars are sized starting at 6" for those tiny dogs, increasing in increments of 2" up to large dog breed sizes of 26". Chain end collars have 2" of chain (i.e. an 8" collar is adjustable to 10") Mesh buckle dog collars are the stated size at the tightest hole on the collar, with approximately 1" of additional space for adjustment on your cat or dogs neck.
