Shipping Information
US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are our standard methods of shipping to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Most orders ship out within 24 hours of received.
FREE SHIPPING- We pay the shipping cost on all orders to destinations within the continental United States if you choose FREE SHIPPING INSIDE THE US at checkout.
There is a charge for Priority Mail Shipping and UPS Shipping based on regular shipping rates. We do not charge additional handling fees etc.
Shipping Options for International orders and orders with personalized Pet ID Tags or Custom Made Leather Collars take longer. We will contact your by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.

We use US Postal Service and UPS to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services, please let us know in the comments field when you place your order.

On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air Shipments we make every effort to ship your order the same day.

Free Shipping is not available outside the USA. You pay the exact cost of shipping your package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cots vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average" Cost. of shipping. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
