Beautiful Dog Collar! Rich Chocolate Velvet Dog Collar is 5/8 inch wide with 3 rows of beautiful rhinestones, 1 row of citrine, 1 row of golden topaz and 1 row of smokey topaz. Each collar has a crystal buckle and mounted on the back of the collar is a beautiful rhinestone crown.
